How do i get back my missing card?

 i does a 9 wins and i got from the 85x6 tradable the new fantacy fc salma paralluelo 91 rated card and i pressed R2 on my controler and it just dc me form the ultimate and it says beacuse issues and i didnt got my card after that. How can i fix this?
