How do you manage to break the game on PC every month?

How is it possible that the input delay and huge lag / slow motion gameplay in online gameplay (except rush) that was a huge issue at launch is still there??

How can you have this level of utter incompetence and disrespect for paying customers? We have provided a lot of information, clearly described the problems, added diagnostic information and what did you do with this? Absolutely nothing...
