How does EA Ai tools not know their player Market in FC26?

I was wrongfully banned for buying one silver player I needed to complete my team for the up coming World Tour Silver League. I bought Yunas Musah who has been 10k for days and was finally able to see one at 8k on the market and bought him and now my account is banned. How can such things happen when it's clear what his price is. Like do yall think wanted to waste 8k on this card no but now all my hard work is done the drain. I really hope you guys make this right.
