Huge controller input delay on PC

I'm honestly struggling to understand how this can still be unresolved.

The same massive controller input delay has now occurred on three different PCs, with different hardware, fresh Windows installs, fresh game installs, different drivers and multiple different controllers. The issue is now present even in offline modes, making the game completely unplayable.

At this point it is very hard to believe this is a local configuration issue. Everything that can reasonably be tested on the user side has been tested.

Is there really no known cause or solution for this on PC, or is this a confirmed issue in the game itself?

The game was still working fine in November on the same systems.
