I’m having an issue with FC 26

I’m having an issue with FC 26. I purchased the Ultimate Edition, but the game keeps showing “Get Premium to unlock packages” in the Objectives section. I only received 2,000 FC Points, and the unique Icon players and other Ultimate Edition benefits are not available. Everything is still locked.
