I am never awarded a win when the opponent quits.

This has happened 5 or 6 times in a row over the span of two days. I play a game, and the score can be 6-2 in my favor, but the opponent quits around minute 80 and I’m not awarded the win. It’s quite frustrating and I’m not sure how to solve this because players overwhelmingly quit during games.
