i can’t download fc 26 after i’ve bought it

no matter what happens it won’t let me download the game so it’s just stuck in my library and i can’t play it.  At first when i tried downloading it said error 51016 and said you cannot play this gam...

I appreciate you popping up that error message. It does tend to appear for download or installation hiccups. Are you downloading it from the EA app?

    yes i’ve bought it on the ea app on my pc.
