I cannot open ut

I cannot open my ut account since one week , i don’t have connection problems other account in same ps i can open it ,but in my account when i try to open ut I receive this error message

Hi there. Apologies for the late response. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try to log in to UT on the device you play on. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!
