I cant claim an item and its been almost 2 months

Hello Guys,

I cant claim an evo in the store. It keeps giving me an error. It says error start te app again. When i try on the console it does the same. 

i tried getting help from the live chat. But they didnt know how to fix it. I cant open any packs because of this. Somebody please help
