I can't login into the FC 26 web app and the companion app

I can't login into the web app or the companion app it's says EA account server unavailable also I have attached the screenshot below of what it says

    This is likely because you haven't played FC 25 on that account to unlock early Web and Companion AppsYou will need to play FC 26 in order to unlock it.

Have had the same problem. Played fc25, was able to use the web app no issues yesterday. Played fc26 last night and then today I can access the companion app and the web app logs in, but says all features are disabled. Has only happened after actually playing the game. What’s going on?
