I can't manually choose the different facial features

I recently downloaded FC 26 on Steam-PC, but whenever I create a player - regardless of game mode - I can't manually choose the different facial features. Instead, the only option I have is to lock traits and randomize until I get something I like, which is very frustrating.

I've already restarted the game, verified the game files, and even reinstalled it, but none of that workedl. So now I'm wondering what I should do.
