I can't play - the game doesn’t start

Question

I’m using a PC and I can’t enter the game. After launching it, the anti-cheat screen appears and then it returns to the EA Games menu again and the game doesn’t start. I deleted the game, reinstalled it, and repaired it. The issue is not resolved. What is the problem?

Hey SpakTR​&nbsp;Thanks for flagging this and sharing the steps you already tried.&nbsp; I've prepared a few things worth trying that have helped some players in similar situation:

Run both EA App and the game as Administrator
Update Windows fully, including optional security updates
Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date
Temporarily disable overlays and background apps such as:

Discord Overlay
MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner
Overwolf
ASUS Armoury Crate

Reinstall EA javelin AntiCheat manually link:

Go to the game install folder
Open the __Installer or EAAntiCheat folder
Run the AntiCheat installer as Administrator
Uninstall then reinstall AntiCheat for FC 26

Add the EA App and game folder to your antivirus exclusions
If Secure Boot or TPM is disabled in BIOS, enabling them may also help in some cases
