I cant play online since a week ago

Hello.

I wrote once and writing again. I didn't pay 100$ to not play the game... 

I'm not able to play online. Other games and in ea sports fc,Squad battles,menus and kickoff works perfectly fine. However upon entering an online game,as soon as ball kicks off my game breaks. It lags,jitters,and bugs. I tried running windowed,files fix on steam and cleared cache from files and ea app,i also reinstalled it,i tried vpn and i tried different WiFi.  outrageous,i missed every daily gameplay,gaunlet,cup,and tourney objectives. Can someone who is EA related please guide here? Thank you.
