I can't play Ultimate Team at all.

I preordered the game and have had early access since Thursday evening last week. However, since then, I haven't been able to access ultimate team at all through any of my accounts. I wonder if it's a region thing as my buddies in Oklahoma and Texas struggle to even get into a game or do objectives/sbcs/open packs as it always kicks us out due to server issues. Please help fix this as I want to play the game and got the game early because of it.
