I didn’t receive some of my FC season premium pass rewards

Level 27 and Level 29. trying to get it before fut birthday, but it isn't allowing me. I tried allthe different things. reinstalled, exited the game, played multiple online matches, no solutions.

I have Premium Season Pass. I successfully claimed Level 28 Premium reward. However, Premium rewards for Levels 27, 29 and 30 are missing and cannot be claimed. I restarted the game and console multiple times and waited 7 days. Please manually grant the missing rewards to my account.
