I didn't get crunchyroll offer !!

I saw that everyone are getting the crunchyroll offer , i got nothing and it's not even showing on my fc26 not in UT  neither on other places  What to do ?

i m a club member, i didn't receive any email and the offer with the QR didn't appear in the game
