Manually change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and this should fix the issue. It seems like a community fibre issue. Ive been having issues for months but after changing my DNS everything seems fine again.

These loading issues on ps5 are a joke now. Im really looking to email EA and get a refund. The game is just unplayable since launch and if anything is getting worse. Cant do anything without getting stuck in a loop! SBCs are a myth, cant check my club without a 15 minute wait, can play maybe 2 games of rush before hitting an i definite loading screen again resulting in a hard reset. Game is so broken its a joke. A copy and paste of FC25 where the ONLY difference is more packs being thrown in the store. Even all the special cards are the same as last year with different cosmetics. Dreadful!!!

I play on PC. I tried to play normal seasons but I get stuck every time after trying to find a new opponent. I also have to relaunch the game. I started to use the game just to listen to music at this point but the music sucks. I didn't even finish the 10 hour EA trial I already uninstalled. Thank good I didn't buy that game again. I wonder why games like FC and Call of Duty are trying to sabotage themselves.

Has anyone tried to contact ea about this in any way, if there is one? Honestly I don’t even think they have a way to directly contact an operator and this issue is getting on my nerves pretty quickly.

Will give this a try, I switched to hotspot and had no issues so Community Fibre is definitely the root of the issue.

I have community fibre and was facing the same issues for ps5. Changed to manual on DNS settings, using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and MTU lowered to 1472 and haven’t had any further issues so further so fingers crossed
