I got disconnected and i cant get back to fut

2 days a go i got disconnected while i was playing fut , and since that time i cant get into ultimate team, it always show ( connecting to ultimate team is impossible at this moment , return to menu ). I contacted the service they couldnt fix it , what should i do ?
