I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REWARDS

I have not received my premium pass rewards for tiers 27, 29 and Petit 30. I have seen many others in here have had the exact same issue. Please fix this asap. I have checked everywhere and I 100% have not received them so do not say it is a visual issue. I paid the pass I expect to get what I paid for.
