I haven't received Pro-Open Packs
My packs and rewards for watching the Pro Open were never granted to me in the game, not even once, even though Twitch shows that they were claimed. How can I fix this?

Hey RAJBR28,
could you clarify what exact rewards you're missing? Which Matchdays did you watch?
Can I also ask you to double-check that your Twitch account is linked with your correct EA account?
