I won a Champions game but it counted as a loss. Twice.

Two different times, I won a Champs game and when I went back to the lobby, an error disconnected me from the game and both wins counted as losses. There were no problems with the network, it was 100% an EA server error. This is completely unacceptable, a waste of my time and effort and I seriously expect these wins to be given back to me. Below is a video my PS5 recorded of the first time this happened, as you can clearly see my win was counted as a loss. Please fix this bug and give me back my wins EA.
