Account hacked but no EA help

Hi

It’s been over a week now since I contacted EA and they said they’d investigate my issue. My son has had his team hacked and they have sold all his players and transfered his coins out the club. Aged 13 he’s gutted as had spent money and worked hard to get what he had. 
I’ve tried contacting ea through email and X and live chat but nobody is responding to this. As a parent I’m trying to sort this Asap for him. Anyone else had this issue and how long did it take?

    Hey Dodgykeeper3978​ if you have a case open with our team then you will need to wait for them to respond.

    Reopening the same case or opening a new one won't speed up the process.

    It can take up to 10 to 14 working days for our team to respond Dodgykeeper3978​ depending on the severity of the issue.

    The best thing to do is be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response.
