I won a ultimate gauntlet game and it gave me a loss instead

I normally wouldn’t care about this cos it’s classic EA but cos it’s ultimate gauntlet and i want me kudus im gonna complain ive won all my gauntlet games thus far but on the last one it gave me a loss despite me winning in extra time is there anyway this can be amended so i actually get the rewards i deserve thanks
