I Won the Match but It Was Counted as a Loss

Hello,

I won the match, but after it ended, a message suddenly appeared saying: “The servers are unable to process your request at this time.”

The match had already finished, yet it was incorrectly recorded as a loss on my account.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue and correcting the match result.

I also have a video recording that proves what happened and can provide it if needed.
