Icon Pack missing

I loaded into fc26 normally, however I didn’t find my icon pack from pre ordering ultimate edition, I don’t know if this is because it’s not meant to be there yet or not, but still can someone please give me a little clarity on when I will receive this please.

    Well it is September 24 and I have spoken to 3 EA agents all whom have which have confirmed I pre-ordered the game in August 22nd and I still have not received the Icon pack so what do I do now as this isn't the 1st time EA has not provided me with all the content I have paid for and the response is always, "sorry there is nothing we can do to help"?

    I assume you are not reading most comments where the community is saying the have preordered prior to August 26 and your EA advisors are verifying that we have done so and they are telling us that there is a widespread issue with EA not providing the Icon Pack to players.  I attached the transcript from one of my conversations with our advisors showing proof the verified I preordered on August 22 and EA has not given me the icon pack!
