Icon swaps problem

I can not view my objectives and claim rewards from icon swaps france as icon swaps france,italy,england,icon swaps all groups are automatically switching without my input can someone from EA fix the issue asap please i have been complaining for 10th day now on the discussion forum nobody has got back to me i cant report as a bug as the report bug page is not allowing me to report it i have spent money on every promo brought every season pass i have i real issue here and nobody from EA has commented to offer help or done anything in game to reolve this issue its been 10 days i want to complete icon swaps objectives but your not allowing me to by being able to access the objectives i have a reward i cant claim because the objectives page keeps switching the objectives  so i can even  claim my objective rewards
