I'm being kicked out of ultimate team after each game

Since yesterday, I have been kicked out of every game in ultimate after it's over. I can't get objectives done I can't play rivals or champs it's the worst bug I have ever experienced. I couldn't even finish WTSS Maradona yesterday in the flash event 4 because of this stupid bug. The game is literally unplayable now. 

In the attachments you can see I was winning 2 0 and my opponent quit. I was still kicked out of ultimate team and counted as a loss. 

I have accumulated so much disconnection warning I won't be taking coins from games for a very long time too.
