Impossible to play in seasons

I do not know what settings opponents are using but my opponents play at a different speed to mine. Opponents press with enormous pressure and are always coordinated whereas my players do not move when I lose the ball. How are opponents setting their teams up to play so aggressively and suffocating pressure? The system forces me to make mistakes to hand over the ball. It is almost impossible to play against anyone. How can I set up my team to press aggressively too after losing the ball?
