Incorrect Reward Claimed at end of season pass

Hi,  Finally got through out the last few levels of the season pass, from a dad of 2 with a full time job.  Really looking forward to use the Tomori (Derby fan) and have been using his normal card ...

So as it has been reported that EA are giving the other option as compensation. Why have I also not received this?
