Input delay only in rivals?

I'm currently experiencing input delay only on rivals where the game feels playable for the first 2 in game minutes and it slowly becomes more and more delayed to the point where it is unplayable.

The game does not lag in offline game modes like squad battles.

All settings are on low and as previously stated it shouldn't  be that delayed as it don't do it offline.
