Input delay!

I don’t know man. It just please fix this issue. I’m a PC player btw. Since this new patch released, i am unable to control my players at all. Over 5 seconds delay just insane! Anyone able to resolve this btw? First the unable 5fps drop then input delay. God sake my rivals’ rank drop from 6 to 8 just because of this issue.

Before you ask, yes i have reinstall the game, restart my PC, clear the caches, i have tried everything. It’s frustrating to have this issue after all this time.
