Input lag after 30 seconds

Hello everyone,

I have been experiencing a constant and severe Input Lag/Delay issue in EA Sports FC (Division Rivals, FUT Champions). The lag is not random:

1. Offline Modes (Squad Battles): The game runs perfectly (ruling out PC/Console issues).
2. Online Modes: The lag starts exactly and consistently at minute 3 of every match.

I have exhausted all local troubleshooting (upgrading PLC, direct Ethernet cable to the amplifier, DMZ, gaming VPN tests), and the issue persists.
