I am writing to formally report several issues I have been experiencing while playing FIFA. I have been a dedicated player for many years and I play daily for several hours. I genuinely enjoy the game, which is why these ongoing problems are particularly disappointing for me.

Firstly, in the Division Rivals mode, I frequently encounter an issue where the game prevents me from entering matches and displays an internet connection error. However, my internet connection has stable and low ms, and my device performs well in all other applications. As a result of this issue, I receive losses unfairly, which significantly affects my progress and overall experience.

Secondly, I am concerned about the pack rewards system. Despite spending a considerable amount of time and effort collecting diamonds, I consistently receive only 114 or 115 rated players, while I require 117 rated players to improve my squad competitively. This makes progression extremely difficult and discouraging.

I kindly request that you review these issues and take appropriate action. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
