Is Ea scamming the community ?

Hello,

I spent 600 eafc points for two draft tokens. I finally did not used these tokens at all as I should have : 

• for the first one, I was disconnected directly from the start in the first match. My connection was still up and running
•  the second one, the first match started and I was only able to control one player for a few minutes and then the game crashed.

I'm not responsible of the instability of your game or/and your servers. I don't have to pay for this and a content I did not enjoyed at all.

I'm coming to you to request the refund of my last 600 ea fc points. If you don't, that would means you assume making clients pay without giving them the expected service(s). That's how we define a scam.

That is not acceptable to not get the service we pay for. I really hope support team will show an higher level of quality than the game.
