Game is unplayable for me

So the first hour of ultimate release it was fine, bit of delay but it was playable. HOWEVER day later, first issue I get is my fps getting nuked, sometimes right when i enter UT sometimes randomly mid game, sometimes straight when i go to match etc. Game just becomes about 5-10 fps and i have to restart (getting DNFs). I was able to somewhat fix this (not always), but then i get to play about 5 ingame minutes normally before my players stop moving, all i can do is click pass button and it just keeps passing like 5 seconds late, cant move my players or switch at all. 
It's basically i fix 1 problem another comes, its been 3 days now and i have not played 1 rival game normally, it even happens in squad battles
My pc specs are gtx 1650, ryzen 5 1600 and 16gb ram, 75hz monitor
Im sure these specs are enough to run the game but for some reason I cant play it
