is it too much to ask for a input delay free game?

why is the input delay so bad? no settings will fix it, also fix the fullscreen bug, jesus christ, can a man get free lag/input delay experience? why does my players move like trucks when playing in legendary? I want a fair experience not one where the AI runs you all over because the game is poorly optimized. fix your crap, it's always the pc players who get the worst experience.
