Issue of freezing

I would like to report an issue I have been facing while playing FC Mobile. Despite having a stable and strong internet connection, the game frequently lags and sometimes freezes for a few seconds during gameplay. This problem occurs regularly and affects my overall experience, especially during important matches. The issue does not appear to be related to my network, as other apps work smoothly at the same time. I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible so I can enjoy the game without interruptions. If this issue is not resolved, I may be forced to delete my 3-year-old account, which I would prefer not to do.

Sorry to hear you've been running into trouble with the game recently. That certainly gets in the way when you're just trying to play.
That said, we haven't seen this affecting everyone, so we'd want to see what could be causing it to happen in your situation. There are some steps to try and improve things that can hopefully help keep this from continuing in the future.
