Issue Witch Créate a New club FC26

Hi Everyone, I really need help to this problem , When I Try To créate a club un Manager Carrer When I go to Select Ligue the game dont Give me the option to Search Other Ligues , only give me the premier ligue and i Want my club in la LaLiga , When i select my Rival and the team who im gonna replace the game leaves me change the team but only premier, how can i fix it , Ty For ur help , in the Image i give u the situation i am
