Issue with Objective completion and Transfer Market access in FIFA/EA games

Hello,

I have been playing the game for 6 days and have completed all the required Objectives. I received the Upgrade Player reward, but the system does not recognize the Objective as completed and does not give me access to the Transfer Market.

I tried contacting EA Help, but the system does not allow me to select the correct issue, and any new ticket I create automatically goes to the wrong team. After 5 days, I receive an automatic email that I cannot reply to, which makes this situation very frustrating.

I am asking EA support or the community for help to:

1. Recognize my completed Objective
2. Unlock the Transfer Market
3. Possibly link my ticket to the correct team so the issue can be resolved
