Issues with buying and downloading the ultimate edition

Hi all I’m just wondering has any had issues where they have brought the ultimate edition of FC 26 and for the 7 days early access you can play it and then when the game fully comes out it says you have purchased the standard edition and u don’t get ur ultimate edition content that you have purchased
