ISSUES WITH GAME LOADING

same as most of the other users, played my trial, loved it and purchased the standard addition on pre order. Now unable to play or load at all. Companion app has also reduced my usage.

What are the options here? Ive tried to upgrade to ultimate addition and keeps hitting me with error code.
