Early access tournament

I’ve won the early access tournament at the same time it resets (2 p.m. in Brazil). But the final game somehow didn’t count as “final” but as the “round of 16” game. Now I didn’t get the Dolan card, nor qualified for “early access elimination,” but I can’t play in the tournament because it says I’ve won and it won’t let me search for a game. Someone with this issue?
