ISSUES WITH SEASON OBJECTIVES

I have been reaching out for so many days, Idk what else to do. My chances of completing the season objectives on ultimate team are slim to none because I am not receiving rewards when I am supposed too. I have contacted you guys and was told go and write on the ea forums and someone will help you out. I have received no help in 3 days. 

It does not make sense for the game to tell me I am level 4 but I have done 5k/5k and then when I go to my season rewards it tells me I need 125sp to unlock my level 5 rewards. THIS IS A BIG JOKE, and I need answers and ways to fix this. Its getting ridiculous that Im having this kind of issue honestly.

Also, why am I progressing so slowly, I have literally completed everything, sbc’s, ultimate team objectives and Im barely scraping level 5. For the amount I have been playing, if this was EAFC 25, Id be level 15 by now

PLEASE HELP ASAP, I AM SICK OF WRITING EVERYDAY AND WAITING
