It won’t let me login to my ea account on my ps5

I just got back from my university in America, and connected to my WiFi at home, and it just doesn’t seem to let me connect to eafc, I’m connecting to the PlayStation server perfectly fine, but it’s not letting me on eafc for some reason

help me fix pleaseeee

Hey there. Thanks for getting in touch. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? Also, check your IPv. Using IPv 6 can sometimes cause problems connecting.

Something else to check is the NAT type. It should be Type 2 or Type 1. Not Type 3. You can find that in your console's network settings.
