Ive asked and asked...please help ea

I purchased this game not knowing that this game has this annoying clicking all throughout the game. It sounds like im adjusting sliders in the settings menu. Its not every game but I cant handle it. I suffer from Misophonia which is triggered when I keep hearing the same every day sound like "clicking" it sends my emotional state downhill.  Ive asked for help and you guys just ignore me. How do I stop it. I paid £60 for a game i cant play because of my condition.  Winning or losing...it doesnt matter. Once I hear the clicking i have to stop playing. HELP HELP HELP
