UT Season Pass + Clubs not working

Been playing since the start of the game and in the past 2 weeks I’ve lost the ability to access my Ultimate Team season pass and I also cannot play clubs. I have been able to complete all the previous seasons with ease but this problem has only occurred this season.

This has meant I have lost out on lots of progress for the season pass, which I payed for with 1000 FIFA points so I have also lost out on money with it.
