Been following these steps due to the same issue (except rolling back my update as I don't see why that should be necessary as every other game has no issue), also see nothing similar in the event viewer

You actually have a different issue. While your game is crashing at the same point, you are able to get past that on another account. It's a pretty odd issue that I'm looking in to for you.

Same issue does it crash after the splash screen film your crash using snipping tool

Ok. Next, open the Event Viewer. Go to Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > CodeIntegrity > Operational. Check to see if there are any errors that occur at the same time you run FC 26. Messages similar to:

• Code Integrity determined that a driver failed signature verification
• A driver was blocked from loading
• Kernel-mode driver … was blocked

See if any of these reference Javelin, AC, EA or "driver blocked". If you see any of this, copy the full event text out and either post it here or send it to me in a private message.
