Hello EA Support Team,

I’m experiencing a persistent issue in EA Sports FC Ultimate Team on PC. Nearly every time I play an online match, the game disconnects after 20 min and showing the following message:

"Connection failed — Unable to connect to EA servers"

“Your match result is currently under review. You’ll be returned to the main Ultimate Team menu.”

After this message, I’m unable to complete matches successfully — results are not recorded, and I lose progress and sometimes it does not count or kicks me out the game and get DNF. This has been happening consistently, making the game unplayable.

Troubleshooting attempted:

  • Restarted router, PC, and EA App
  • Verified game files
  • Ensured no background network usage
  • Tested connection on EA’s network test (no major packet loss)

Despite these steps, I still cannot finish a single online match without being disconnected and receiving the “match result under review” message.

Could you please investigate whether this issue is related to my account, the EA server connection in my region, or a possible desync issue? I’d appreciate any diagnostics or guidance you can provide.
