Same issue here on PC.
I can access Web App/Companion App normally, but the full game cannot enter Ultimate Team and shows:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”
I have already tried:
- EA App reinstall
- EA AntiCheat reinstall
- Game repair
- Different Windows local account
- Home internet and mobile hotspot
- DNS/cache/network troubleshooting
Same error still happens. Other online modes work.
This looks like a wider Ultimate Team login/session issue, not a normal connection problem. Can EA please investigate or escalate this?
