Lag in game and in menus

tengo exactamente el mismo problema, falla en todos omentos cuano abro un sobre cuando empiezo un partido, en los menus, incluoso a veces en la media parte de un partido iniciado. He probado todo y nada funciona, no es problema de mi pc es de ea. pero no se hacen cargo

I have the exact same problem, it crashes at all times when I open a pack when I start a match, in the menus, even sometimes in the middle of a started match. I've tried everything and nothing works. It's not my PC's problem, it's EA's. But they won't take responsibility.
